We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including event planning, fundraising, and community outreach. No matter your skillset, we have a place for you to make a difference.

                                 Children of God Making a Difference with a Little Prayer!
 Women. Men. Moms. Dads. Grandparents. Aunts. Uncles.

A dedicated group of individuals committed to coming together once a month, with leadership board meetings held quarterly. 

Each member contributes $10 per month, collectively providing $1,000 in funding to support local nonprofit organizations…for partnership training programs inspired by Dr. Sonya Stone’s informal education model.  

The initiative also funds outreach trips to places like the Afro-American History Museum, the Smithsonian, local art venues, educational plays, leadership seminars, and entrepreneurship workshops, college tours, etc.

When pooled together, these donations become a powerful force for good, creating lasting and meaningful change in EASTERN North Carolina, (Warrenton, Oxford, Kittrell, Louisburg, Youngsville, Franklinton, Nash, Enfield, RockyMount) neighboring communities. 

(All members will put their favorite, non profit or teen, youth, or senior in the Love Basket, and a drawing will pick the monthly winners.

Every gathering highlights nonprofits and youth programs focused on leadership and entrepreneurship, many of which are in their early stages and would greatly benefit from your support.

Together, with the power of ‘a Lil Prayer”, we combine our resources, prayers, and compassion to uplift our Youth communities ‘Mental Health” and create lasting educational memories
